NASHVILLE - On a night when Michael Ashley made history by scoring his 1,000th point, the Fisk University Bulldogs couldn't survive a slow start to the second half, resulting in a 95-83 loss to the Stillman College Tigers. The victory allowed Stillman to clinch the top seed in the HBCUAC tournament and secure an automatic bid to the NAIA postseason.
