Britney Taylor Owens, is a dedicated gymnastics coach, former NCAA Division I collegiate athlete, and program founder with over 18 years of coaching experience across recreational, competitive, and collegiate levels. She is the owner and head coach of Taylor’ed Gymnastics in Memphis, Tennessee, where she operates the only Black-owned gymnastics facility in the State of Tennessee. Taylor Owens' work is grounded in athlete development, leadership, and fostering a positive, safe, and high-performance training environment.

Throughout her coaching career, she has developed athletes from early developmental levels through NCAA competition, coaching all levels and all four competitive events. She specializes in technical progression, consistency, injury prevention, conditioning, and choreography. Under her leadership, her program has produced over 77 State Champions, more than 50 Regional Qualifiers, and multiple Regional Champions. She was invited to the U.S. Olympic Training Center as part of the TOPs Development Program, reflecting my commitment to long-term athlete development and elite training standards.

As an athlete, she competed collegiately at Louisiana State University and Central Michigan University. Taylor Owens'collegiate accomplishments include being named Freshman of the Year at CMU, qualifying as an NCAA National Qualifier, and competing as a Super Six National Contender at the NCAA Championships. In 2019 she was inducted into the Tennessee Gymnastics Hall of Fame in 2and earned additional honors including Mid Amerian Conference Champion, multiple All-Conference selections, and national recognition for leadership and performance.

Owens Taylor earned a Bachelor of Science in Sports Administration with a minor in Business from Louisiana State University. As both an athlete and coach, she is deeply passionate about building disciplined, inclusive programs that prioritize athlete well-being, academic success, and long-term development. She brings a unique combination of elite competitive experience, business leadership, and mentorship to every role served and remains committed to advancing the sport of gymnastics through excellence, access, and intentional leadership.
