Bio

Denise Motes is in her first season as a student manager for the Fisk University women’s volleyball program and is a native of Long Island, New York. She is currently pursuing a degree in Political Science with a minor in Business Administration & Management.

Denise brings a strong background in volleyball, having played for seven years at both the club and high school levels. Her experience as a former athlete gives her a valuable perspective in supporting the day-to-day operations of the Lady Bulldogs program.

On campus, Denise is actively involved in student leadership and service. She served as Miss Freshman for the 2025–2026 academic year, is an 8th grade mentor at Haynes Middle School, and is a member of the New York Club.
