Jessica Enderle enters her seventh season as Head Coach of the Fisk University women’s volleyball program in 2026, continuing to build one of the most competitive and nationally recognized programs within the NAIA and HBCU Athletic Conference. With over two decades of coaching experience across the club, high school, and collegiate levels, Enderle has established a standard of excellence defined by competitive success, player development, and academic achievement.
Since taking over the program in 2018, Enderle has led the Lady Bulldogs through a transformative era. Fisk has recorded three consecutive 20-win seasons, highlighted by a historic 29-win campaign in 2025 that culminated in an undefeated HBCUAC regular season championship and the program’s first-ever appearance in the NAIA National Championship Opening Round. Under her leadership, Fisk has consistently ranked among the top teams in the conference and continues to elevate its national profile.
Enderle’s impact is reflected not only in team success but also in the individual achievements of her student-athletes. She has coached multiple NAIA All-Americans, including Jadyn Brackins, Reagan Jones, and Shelby Chamblin, along with numerous AVCA All-Region selections. Her athletes have earned conference honors across all positions, including HBCUAC Player of the Year, Setter of the Year, Defender of the Year, and Freshman of the Year, while continuing to gain national recognition at the highest levels of NAIA competition. Off the court, her teams have excelled academically, earning multiple NAIA Scholar-Team awards and consistent placement on the Athletic Director’s Honor Roll.
For her leadership and program success, Enderle has been recognized as a three-time Conference Coach of the Year (2022, 2024, 2025) and a two-time AVCA Southeast Region Coach of the Year (2022, 2024). She reached the 100-career collegiate wins milestone during her tenure at Fisk, further solidifying her impact on the program’s sustained growth.
Prior to her time at Fisk, Enderle built a strong foundation of success at the high school and club levels. As head coach at Page High School, she led the program to back-to-back TSSAA State Championships and earned TSWA Coach of the Year honors. Her extensive club experience spans over 20 years, including leadership roles with Alliance Volleyball Club, Impact Volleyball Club, and Club West Volleyball, where she has coached nationally competitive teams and developed athletes who have advanced to the collegiate level.
A former four-year student-athlete at Lipscomb University, Enderle earned her Bachelor of Science in Psychology while competing for the Lady Bisons. Her approach to coaching emphasizes development, accountability, and creating an environment where student-athletes can thrive both on and off the court.
